Introduction

Welcome to 92pakr. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92pakr ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") concerning your use of the 92pakr website accessible at 92pakr.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionality offered therein.

92pakr is an English-language online sports betting and live casino information platform operated internationally and targeting adult users in Pakistan. The Platform provides educational and informational content about sports betting markets, casino games, payment methods and responsible gambling practices.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using 92pakr in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

Account Eligibility

Access to the Platform and registration of an Account is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the duration of your use of the Services:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction or your local jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Age verification may be required at any time as part of the KYC process.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or who have been prohibited from gambling by any court order or regulatory direction are not eligible to register.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm the legality of online gambling in your location. 92pakr makes no representation that the Services are lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.
5. Personal Use: Accounts may only be used for personal, recreational purposes by the registered Account holder. Opening an Account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party is prohibited.
6. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout the use of the Platform must be truthful, accurate and current. Providing false or misleading personal details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete personal information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must also create a username and password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or any authentication token with any other person. 92pakr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where this feature is available in your Account settings.

You must notify 92pakr immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. Until such notification is received and confirmed, the Platform shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised Account activity. Any transaction completed prior to the receipt of a valid notification may be treated as authorised.

Identity verification (KYC) is a mandatory process that all Users must complete before withdrawals are processed. Documents typically required include a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC — Computerised National Identity Card — passport or driving licence) and proof of current residential address. Additional documentation, including proof of payment method, may be requested at the Platform's discretion.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or restrict Account access at any time pending satisfactory completion of KYC or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise irregular activity.

Terms of Use

By using 92pakr, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose as an online betting and casino services platform. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and these Terms at all times.

The following general terms apply to all Users:

• You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.
• The Platform may experience periods of scheduled or unscheduled downtime for maintenance, upgrades or due to technical issues outside our control. 92pakr accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of Platform unavailability.
• Content on the Platform — including odds, statistics, game rules and promotional terms — is subject to change without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing current terms before engaging in any betting or gaming activity.
• The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes. Gambling involves financial risk. You should only wager amounts you can afford to lose. Past results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes.
• 92pakr reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Services, or your access to them, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice except where required by law.
• All content on the Platform, including educational materials, betting guides and responsible gambling information, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal or gambling advice.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are subject to the following conditions. 92pakr provides educational information about payment methods commonly referenced in the Pakistani market — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual reference only. The mention of these providers does not constitute a claim of their endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for gambling transactions.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. Users must verify current deposit limits before initiating a transaction.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals will only be processed to Users who have successfully completed KYC verification. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: Processing times vary by payment method. Indicative timelines are provided in the cashier and help sections but are not guaranteed. The Platform accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions or network processing times.
• Currency: Transactions on the Platform may be conducted in the currency supported by the operator's payment infrastructure. All PKR-referenced figures in Platform guides are for educational illustration only and are not binding transaction amounts.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legal sources and that you are the authorised holder of the payment instrument used. The Platform may request evidence of source of funds as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal or dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a completed and confirmed deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to recover such funds from any existing Account Balance and to permanently close the Account.
• Fees: The Platform does not generally charge deposit or withdrawal fees, but third-party payment providers may apply their own fees. Users should verify applicable charges with their chosen payment provider before transacting.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through 92pakr is subject to the specific game rules, sport-specific betting rules and market rules applicable to each event or game. These rules are accessible within the relevant sport, league or game section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: The Platform reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its absolute discretion, including after an apparent confirmation, in cases of technical error, incorrect odds publication ("palpable error") or where suspicious betting patterns are identified.
• Palpable Errors: Where odds are published as a result of a manifest error (including human or technical error), bets placed at such erroneous odds may be void and settled at the correct odds or refunded at the Platform's discretion.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets move quickly. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — even if the Platform's interface has not yet updated — may be voided. Users bear the risk of in-play bets placed based on delayed data feeds.
• Maximum Stakes and Payouts: Maximum stake amounts and payout limits apply per event, market and sport. These limits are set by the Platform and may be varied without notice. Bets exceeding applicable limits may be reduced or declined.
• Void Bets: Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the permitted settlement window, or where there is insufficient evidence to determine an outcome, bets may be declared void and stakes returned to the User's Account.
• Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board, FIFA, ITF) after the event concludes. The Platform reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of official results.
• Casino Games: All casino games operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live studio feeds from professional game providers. RTP percentages are indicative long-run averages and are not guaranteed for any individual session or wager.

Bonuses & Promotions

92pakr may offer various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general promotional rules and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x), are specified in each offer's terms. An illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds remain active in an Account, a maximum per-bet limit applies. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games, live dealer games and certain other categories may contribute at reduced rates or 0%. Contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in each offer's terms. Bonus funds that expire unused, along with any winnings generated by them, will be forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus offer may be active in an Account at any given time. Participation in multiple simultaneous promotions is not permitted unless explicitly stated.
• Abuse of Promotions: The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and close Accounts where evidence of promotion abuse, bonus exploitation or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements is identified.
• Illustrative Figures: All bonus amounts and thresholds referenced in Platform educational content (e.g., PKR 1,000, PKR 5,000, PKR 25,000) are illustrative examples only. Actual current offers must be verified in the Platform's active promotions section.

Responsible Gambling

92pakr is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that for some users, gambling can become harmful, and we take this responsibility seriously. The following provisions apply to all Users.

• Age Restriction: Gambling on the Platform is strictly restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator/licence jurisdiction. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process.
• Player Controls: All registered Users have access to the following responsible gambling tools from their Account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, session reminders and reality checks. These tools are available at any time and are not restricted by membership tier.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options include cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks) and longer-term exclusions. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Problem Gambling: If you believe your gambling behaviour has become problematic, we urge you to use the Platform's self-exclusion tool immediately and seek support from recognised responsible gambling organisations in the operator's licence jurisdiction. • Reality Checks: Session reminders alert users to the time elapsed during a gambling session. We encourage all users to set session time limits and take regular breaks.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of Account Balance, legal action, or any combination thereof.

• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening, operating or participating in multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or take unfair advantage of bonus structures.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, abusing or intimidating other Users or Platform staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, or circumventing geographic restrictions through VPN, proxy or other technical means.
• Reproducing, distributing, modifying or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 92pakr.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 92pakr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data compilations, betting guides, educational content and branding elements — is owned by or licensed to 92pakr and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, commercial exploitation or creation of derivative works from Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability. 92pakr reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pakr, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any part of the Services.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Losses resulting from gambling, including betting losses, bonus forfeitures or winnings that fail to be paid due to technical error.
• Interruptions, delays, errors or omissions in Platform content, odds data or game results.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on educational, informational or promotional content on the Platform.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays, rejections or errors in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 92pakr's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pakr holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the Platform's licence jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration or dispute resolution proceedings.

Amendments to These Terms

92pakr reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.
